Mr. Gulshan, an entrepreneur in spirit is the Founder & Chairman of Gulshan Group of Companies - a multi-crore real estate conglomerate.

His is the story of vision and hard work a story typical of an entrepreneur, Mr. Gulshan decided to endeavor into Real Estate when he was about 13 years old. With zero capital, Mr. Gulshan started a real estate company by name of Gulshan Properties.

With an ambition to make this profession respectable & acceptable to the society, he has provided this group with the professional standards which the real estate industry always lacked.

Eventually, with the idea of establishing a real estate agent company, Mr. Gulshan made his move when he was on the heels and bagged the first major real estate assignment for acquiring land for Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the 1970’s.

Since then, he has grown the Group to the levels and heights it is at today, including making it I.T. enabled as soon as the first computers came to the Indian market in late 1980’s.

Mr. Puneet Nayyar – M. D., Gulshan Properties.

As the elder son of Mr. Gulshan, Mr. Puneet realized his responsibilities early at the age and took the ownership of gulshan properties. Since then because of his commitment and dedication, he has risen to the M.D. position in gulshan properties.

Mr. Neeraj Nayyar – M.D., Gulshan Estate Agents Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Neeraj Nayyar is an arts graduate from Don Bosco, perusing MBA. He joined hands with his father and brother in 1995 when he joined the Gulshan Group as the M.D., Gulshan Estate Agents Pvt. Ltd. He is known in the company for his creative thinking and innovation.
